Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our team. The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Duties:
- Manage and oversee the payroll process from start to finish
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions
- Review and reconcile payroll data, including benefits, taxes, and deductions
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data maintenance
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Generate payroll reports for management review
- Assist with audits related to payroll processes

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and experience with HRIS systems
- Familiarity with account reconciliation and general ledger accounting
- Understanding of debits, credits, and basic accounting concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
